Will you work with my favorite author?
We would love to, but sometimes licensing is hard to obtain. Feel free to send us an email with your favorite author's info and we will see what we can do.
I'm an author! How can I get DM merch made for my work?
Interested authors should fill our Author Interest Form! Depending on our availability and if we have open spaces for new authors, we will contact you when we are able to discuss the specifics of working together! The details included in the form will help us to best determine when/where we can fit you into our current line-up.
ORDERING
Where do you ship to?
Almost anywhere! We currently cannot ship to the EU. We offer worldwide shipping everywhere else at the lowest price point possible. If you don't see your location on the list at checkout, please don't hesitate to message us.
How long will it take to get my order?
There are two timelines after your order is placed: our production time and USPS' shipping time.
Orders with ready-to-ship items (including stickers, bookmarks, notepads, keychains, etc.) will likely ship within a week.
Orders with made-to-order items (including clothing, annotation kits, etc.) will ship within 2-3 weeks of your purchase. See the banner at the top of the website for the most recent timeline update.
Pre-orders run a separate timeline, which is always noted in the product titles and description, and ship within 4-6 weeks of purchase.

How long does shipping take?
Once we drop a package in the mail, the timing is really out of our control. We ship via USPS which can take anywhere from 3 days on domestic orders to 3 weeks on international orders. Every order we ship will come with a tracking number so you can follow your package all the way from our office to your house!
Am I responsible for VAT, border costs, or import taxes?
Customers placing orders from outside the US will be responsible for their own border costs, import taxes, and related fees. These are NOT included in the price of shipping. Customers are also responsible for making themselves aware of what their country may charge at the border.
Usually, if there is an amount owed, you will be contacted by your custom's department by mail or phone.
If the package is returned to us due to lack of payment of VAT/Customs, the customer will be charged for shipping again, and no refunds will be provided.
Can I return something?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us with any issues with your order. All returns/exchanges are handled via email. Please do not DM or use the website IM, you will be refirected to email.
After 14 days, all sales are final.
If the order was damaged in transit, please be sure to provide photos with your email. If your claim is for damage/issues to the outside of a book, please be sure that you inform us BEFORE YOU REMOVE THE PLASTIC WRAP. We cannot exchange or refund a damaged book after it has been opened.

Do you have a rep team? Can I be a rep?
We do not! At this time we do not have a rep program, but keep an eye on our social media because we will post next time we open up applications for the team.
